Online Banking & Bill Pay

With Raytown-Lee's Summit Community Credit Union's On-line banking service, you can have access to your account from anywhere, 24 hours a day. Once you are logged into On-line banking, you can also use our bill pay service to pay all your bills from the convenience of your computer.

To set up your temporary On-line banking password, visit any RLSCCU location to sign up. Once you have signed up, login to our secure On-line banking service by selecting the blue box in the main navigation bar.

Members must be signed up for On-line banking in order to access RLSCCU's bill pay service. After you have signed up for online banking, you can access the bill pay feature by clicking on the Bill Payer tab on your online account access Home page. One of the first things you will see is a demo link for Bill Payer. We highly recommend that you view the demo if you intend to use the bill pay service.

With direct deposit, debit cards, ATM's and now Bill Payer, there really isn't any reason to worry about having a credit union or bank where you are going. With most companies, you can set up your billing account on-line instead of receiving the statement through the mail so there isn't any need for that change of address at the Post Office. On-line Banking has a copy of your statements so you can even balance your checkbook without waiting for the mail.

You can pay your bills for FREE at your convenience with no postage or checks necessary. To sign-up for Bill Payer, you must first sign up for free On-line banking. After you log into the On-line banking portion of this website, you can apply for Bill Payer online.

And now Bill Payer has added GiftPay-e. You can send gift checks or make donations to a charity as an expression of sympathy. With GiftPay-e you have an address book with a custom list of your gift recipients. You also have a gift calendar which is a personal calendar of gift occasions and reminders for upcoming events. All Bill Payer subscribers are automatically eligible to use this service which requires no additional enrollment or security procedures.

For your Security there are several layers of robust security methods that we use including encryption, firewalls and timed log outs. Encryption is the process of scrambling data into an unreadable format that is more secure for transmission over the Internet. Very similar to secret code, encryption takes your data and uses complete mathematical equations called algorithms to scramble the information into an unreadable format called ciphertext. The ciphertext is impossible to read without having a key to unscramble the information to its original form. The encryption used during on-line sessions to transmit financial data is based on the highest level of security currently available in North America. Firewalls are a combination of industrial strength computer hardware and software that securely separates the Internet from our organizations internal web servers and computer systems. These firewalls prevent certain types of Internet traffic to the web servers, and are the best available technology to prevent unauthorized access. Timed log outs mean that on-line sessions are terminated after a period of inactivity just in case you forget to log out or leave a computer unattended during an on-line session.

It's all about authentication. Historically, when the word authentication is used in an internet banking or bill payment applicaiton, it means we authenticate the member. In order to help the member avoid being phished, we simply give you the opportunity to authenticate us.
